The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed suggestions to guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume establishments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for brewing or knowledge of craft beers is a plus.
