This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional drink service and engaging with guests. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative creations, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience at our bar.
Pay:
$10.00/Hr 12%
Service Charge Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
Mix and serve drinks to guests, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, according to standard recipes and personalized requests. Ensure all drinks are served with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and presentation.
Guest Service:
Provide outstanding service to guests, engaging in friendly conversations while maintaining professionalism. Take orders accurately and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and bar offerings.
Inventory Management:
Assist in inventory control and management, including monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies. Place orders or notify management when stock is low.
Cleanliness and Safety:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and utensils. Comply with all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
Cash Handling:
Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and operate the POS system. Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintain accountability for all beverage sales.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the rest of the bar and restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed.
Menu Knowledge:
Have a thorough understanding of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions. Stay informed about new trends in the beverage industry.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
