Flight West Miami is aiming to open on August 15th. We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews through July, with the goal of onboarding our Head Chef in advance of opening to lead training and prep. Role Overview You’ll craft cocktails, guide pairings, and ensure guests receive top-tier bar service. Key Responsibilities Prepare cocktails and beverages to spec Engage with guests and make pairing suggestions Maintain bar cleanliness and restocking Follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards Qualifications 1+ year bartending experience in a fast-paced bar Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails Friendly, professional, and quick on your feet Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
