The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere while serving beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and utilize basic math skills will contribute to a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management. Assist in brewing specialty drinks or cocktails and cater to special events or private parties as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nightclubs or catering events, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
