We have a specialty food menu, large Australian wine list and a unique and high quality back bar. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team and bring experience, value and teamwork to our existing and future teams. We have a regularly rotating cocktail menu and we are looking for someone to join the team and contribute. There is room for growth within the role and within our organization which contains 5 locations. Craft beer knowledge and interest is required. Serving experience also required. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, including storeroom organization Close cash nighly Perform weekly scheduled cleaning tasks Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Role will also include serving shifts and full steps of service and menu knowledge expected Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender and server Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Strong teamwork focus This role will be required to work both FOH serving shifts and bar tending shifts.
