The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring an exceptional experience for patrons in a variety of settings, including fine dining, nightclubs, and banquets. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Comply with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for special events or banquets. Stay informed about new cocktail trends, menu changes, and promotions. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality. Familiarity with retail math to manage inventory effectively. Excellent sales skills to promote drinks and specials to customers. Ability to work in various environments such as fine dining establishments or nightclubs. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
