North Miami Beach, FL 33160 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions about the menu, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Experience Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in a fast-paced environment.
