Bartender/Server Sushi Sake Miami Gardens 1608 NE Miami Gardens Drive, Miami, FL 33179 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of the food industry will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register or POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving beverages.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Requirements
• Previous bartending experience is preferred; experience in fine dining is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and catering services is beneficial.
• Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
