We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing the bar area. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or catering events. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating a friendly demeanor towards all guests. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus.
