S UMMARY
Stocks, cleans, and maintains bars and beer coolers according to established Clevelander standards
Duties:
Sets up bars according to established Clevelander standards Maintains proper par levels of alcohol and other beverages throughout the shift by following the internal requisition procedure. Fills ice bins throughout the shift and restocks all glassware Assists bartenders in keeping interior and exterior bar areas clean and safe Assists Bartenders with drink preparation in periods of high volume in accordance with Responsible Vendors procedures Completes assigned side work duties (opening, closing, ongoing) Assists in the preparation of opening the property and closing down the bar and liquor areas Ensures all garnish stations are full with a cut to order fresh fruit Empties trash cans and bus pans throughout shift Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies, procedures, and Health Department regulations
Qualification:
At least 21 years of age. 2 years of related experience High School diploma preferred.
