Lead Bartender InterContinental at Doral Miami 2505 NW 87th Avenue, Doral, FL 33172 Are you passionate about crafting memorable guest experiences through world-class service and expertly crafted drinks? InterContinental at Doral Miami is seeking a Lead Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and with flair Lead and support the bar team in daily operations Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and bar organization Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards Train new team members and provide on-the-job guidance Create seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks that reflect current trends and guest preferences Collaborate with management and marketing to develop promotions and strategies that keep our bar competitive in the local market Create a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, with 1 year in a leadership role preferred Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Experience in menu development and beverage marketing is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred Enjoy the
