Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender Hybrid to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment while ensuring customer satisfaction. Fluent English is a must. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server and bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and drink specials to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and intervene when necessary to ensure guest safety. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus but not required.
