Job Description
On Call Banquet Server/Bartender Margaritaville Beach House 2001 South Roosevelt Boulevard, Key West, FL 33040 We are seeking On Call Banquet Personnel-Bartender, Server and Setup at Margaritaville Beach House. It is the primary responsibility of the On Call Banquet Personnel to set up and either perform duties as a bartender or server to guests at events. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Serve food and beverages
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain composure in a fast-pasted environment.
- Relay information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
- Professional in appearance
Requirements:
- Serving experience required
- Bartending experience
- Be punctual and reliable
