Bar Manager/Assistant General Manager Agave Bandido 5365 Hamlin Groves Trail, Winter Garden, FL 34787 Agave Bandido, a Mexican Inspired Kitchen and Tequila Bar, is coming to Horizon West, FL and is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to lead our Bar Team in maintaining the most excellent level of service and providing an exciting environment for our guests! Agave Bandido is looking for a talented and passionate Bar Manager to help lead our team in our fast paced restaurant. Bar Manager:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in spirits, beer, and wine, and using these to continue to develop and improve our beverage program
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Treats co-workers with respect and is open to new ideas
- Flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comprehensive understanding of operations, including inventories, ordering, schedules, costs, and labor
- Passion for fresh ingredients, over the top cocktails, and scratch kitchen plates
