The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Assist in organizing special events as needed, contributing to a seamless experience for guests. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic knowledge of retail math for managing cash register operations accurately. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various drink recipes is advantageous. Food handling certification is preferred but can be obtained upon hiring.
