The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required, ensuring all supplies are ready for service. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus. A passion for hospitality and the food industry, with an eagerness to contribute positively to the team environment.
