Bartender Oza Izakaya 5310 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32821 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with diverse clientele. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly. Manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, such as Aloha POS. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, especially during banquets or special events. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages in compliance with local laws. Skills Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Experience in the food industry or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions and inventory control. Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
