Job Summary:

At Pal Campo we are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring that the bar area is clean and well-stocked. The successful candidate will have a passion for mixology and a desire to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and take drink orders.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests and build relationships to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure that orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• The candidate must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
