$26K – $37.9K a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Guest relations Culinary experience Customer service Basic math 1 year Cash handling Food Handler Certification Entry level Time management Full Job Description As a Bartender, you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Serves food and beverages to our guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to their requests in a friendly and professional manner. Operates cash register Point of Sale (POS) system. Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company. Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in the bar and cash bank accountability. Maintains positive guest relations through good communication skills, proper demeanor, correct body language, and eye contact to ensure customer happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience. Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members, owners, and guests, thanking them for dining with us and inviting them back again with a genuine and professional demeanor. Clears and resets tables as needed. Completes all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and the outlet itself. Takes ownership of any guest problems and resolves them according to departmental guidelines. Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table set-up.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the culinary field is required. License & certifications Health, Food Handler’s Card, and Alcohol Awareness Training Certification – must be state and country-specific. Must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol. Basic math skills. Cash handling skills (counting currency, making and counting change). It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and prioritize. Ability to take the initiative and effectively adapt to change. Able to establish and maintain a coordinated working relationship. Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision. Able to perform various duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and established timeframes.
