Bartender/Server Pocha 93 7379 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32818 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate cash registers accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing tabs. Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
