The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and bartending, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and providing an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling accurately. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay informed about drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or a similar role in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred.
