The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly in settings such as nightclubs, catering events, and restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently serving drinks and managing cash handling. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Stay knowledgeable about drink menus, specials, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently using retail math skills. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
