is a nationwide staffing company based in Chapel Hill North Carolina. E2S was founded in 2018 by Mary Laci Motley during her Sophomore year at the University of North Carolina. Since conception, with the help of Maxwell Hurst (Co-Founder & COO), E2S has expanded to 8 states and 30 venues within professional and collegiate stadiums Job Description – Staff will facilitate sales and serve food and draft beer during the Orlando City and Orlando Pride soccer season. They will be directed by their designated Site Lead, and will ID customers, open beers, and clean the stand post-shift. Quick service team members will directly operate point-of-sale systems and serve food/alcohol to customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food/alcohol items while adhering to safety regulations Follow proper sanitation and alcohol service procedures Understand the functionality of the credit card machine (POS) Exhibit a high quality of customer service Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate customer needs Assist to open, serve, and clean the stand Operate an individual POS system Facilitate customer transactions at the stand Qualifications Customer service skills: Interacting with customers is a significant part of a team member’s role. Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally are crucial.
Attention to detail:
Staff must be able to get the correct items the customer requests in a timely manner.
Physical stamina:
The team members are often required to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive motions, and sometimes restock depleting product. At DRV PNK, bartenders push a beer cart. Good physical stamina and the ability to handle these tasks comfortably are essential.
