Craft Cocktail Bartender Garito Development LLC Orlando, FL 32801 Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, serving food, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with guests and craft delicious cocktails will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary. Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing bartending skills in various settings. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems. A friendly demeanor coupled with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions. Experience in nightclub or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
