Now Hiring:

Front of house staff- Responsibilities include: Greeting customers in a friendly, welcoming manner Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently Explaining the menu or product offerings if customers have questions Handling payments (cash, card, mobile payments) Packing and handing over food/products properly Managing a queue and ensuring fast service Keeping the restaurant clean (wiping counters, organizing supplies) Refilling stock (napkins, cups, packaging, condiments, etc.) Communicating with kitchen or back staff about orders and stock needs Following health and hygiene standards (like wearing gloves, washing hands) Managing complaints or customer feedback politely and quickly Setting up and closing down the stall (including cleaning and restocking) Why Join Us?
