The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wines and beverages, as well as the ability to enhance the dining experience for our guests through expert recommendations and pairings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and a love for the culinary arts. This position will require you to serve tables. Duties Provide exceptional wine service to guests, including recommendations based on their preferences and meal choices. Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain cleanliness in all service areas. Skills Strong knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and tasting notes. Experience in food handling, meal preparation, and food service within a restaurant or catering environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Background in culinary arts is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
