$10 per hour + tips Omni Distribution LLC is a staffing company and we are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Poolside Bar Attendant for a resort located in Kissimmee, FL. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a relaxed indoor environment. The attendant will be responsible for operating a solo bar near the resort’s pool area, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as light food items.

Shifts:

Day Shifts (including weekends and holidays) Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Cook and serve simple menu items Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and food area Ensure guest satisfaction with friendly, attentive service Handle basic transactions Comply with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations Monitor guest behavior and report any safety or security concerns Open and close the bar independently, including setup and cleanup Qualifications Previous experience in food & beverage, bartending, or hospitality preferred Basic food handling and drink preparation skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and attitude
