Impact:

Prepare & Serve Drinks

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring quality and consistency. Engage with Residents & Guests
• Provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience, building rapport with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a Clean & Organized Bar
• Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards. Monitor Inventory & Ordering
• Track liquor, mixers, and bar supplies, and assist in ordering to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service
• Check IDs, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Assist with Special Events
• Support themed nights, community gatherings, and private events to enhance the resident experience. Work with Property Management
• Collaborate with the management team to align bar operations with community events and resident expectations.

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or private club setting.

Mixology Skills:

Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine.

Customer Service-Oriented:

Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with a focus on providing top-tier service.

TIPS or ServSafe Certification:

Preferred but not required.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Ability to multitask, keep track of orders, and maintain cleanliness.

Flexible Schedule:

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and peak service times. #LI-MA1
