And we’re looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you’ll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:

Opening and closing the bar like a pro, ensuring everything runs smooth from first pour to last call. Serving up drinks (and good vibes) with enthusiasm, speed, and a dash of personality. Hyping daily food specials from Tony’s Bar and Grill—because a good meal deserves a good drink (or two). Keeping it legit by verifying IDs and following all state alcohol guidelines—responsibly cool is our thing. Handling cash like a boss, sticking to all our policies and procedures. Keeping inventory on point every month and making sure the F&B Lead knows when we’re running low on the essentials (because running out of tequila is not an option). Restocking and resetting the bar at the end of every shift so the next party is ready to go. Pitching in with whatever else needs doing—because teamwork makes the dream work.

You’re Great Because:

You’ve got basic bartending experience and know your way around a cocktail shaker. You hold (or are willing to get) a T.I.P.S. certification and/or ServeSafe certification—knowledge is power! You’re 100% customer-obsessed and can make anyone feel like a VIP. You’re naturally organized, detail-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Your communication skills are top-shelf—whether it’s talking to guests or collaborating with teammates. You’re reliable, honest, and ready to own your shifts like a true professional. You love working with all kinds of people and know that diversity is what keeps life interesting. You’ve got the stamina to stay on your feet, move around, and occasionally lift things heavier than your average margarita pitcher. Flexibility is your middle name—you’re cool with a schedule that flexes around business needs. Bonus points if you can spot a problem before it even becomes one (we love proactive people).

A Few More Things:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Able to work indoors and outdoors (weather can be wild, but so are we). Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.
