The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register. Engage with customers to provide a friendly and inviting experience while taking drink orders. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain proper hygiene practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events and special functions as required. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub or catering environments. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. A background in hospitality is highly desirable, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of brewing techniques is an advantage for those interested in craft beverages.
