As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and have a passion for the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Manage the Toast POS system for processing orders and handling cash register transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible serving practices. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. A friendly demeanor with the ability to help create a positive environment for both guests and staff.
