Bartender McCrays bar & grill 604 Lake Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33460 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Whether in a nightclub or fine dining setting, your ability to engage with customers and manage the bar efficiently will be key to your success. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink choices. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and Aloha POS system. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste. Adhere to all safety and health regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Assist in training new bartenders or bar staff as necessary. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, ideally in a nightclub or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Familiarity with retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and promote specials effectively. Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems like Aloha POS is a plus. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to build rapport with guests.
