Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, taking food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for guests. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and fine dining service standards. Basic math skills for cash handling and managing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling procedures is essential for maintaining safety standards.
