Role:

As a Bartender at our esteemed establishment in Boca Raton, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to craft high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a well-organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards. Additionally, you will engage with guests, taking their orders and making personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Ultimately, your expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall ambiance and satisfaction of our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in bartending or mixology. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive dining experience.
