We are seeking two highly skilled and personable Bartenders to join our distinguished Food & Beverage team. We have one full-time and one part-time position available. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Service:

Expertly prepare and serve a comprehensive range of beverages, ensuring accuracy, speed, and presentation meet the Club’s high standards.

Cultivate Member Relationships:

Engage with Members and guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner, recognizing preferences and building rapport.

Maintain Bar Excellence:

Ensure the bar area, including liquor room and wine cabinet, is immaculately clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Operational Proficiency:

Accurately process orders using the POS system, handle payments efficiently, and assist with inventory and receiving deliveries.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with the F&B service team, assisting with table service, clearing, and supporting overall operational flow.

Knowledge Resource:

Possess a strong understanding of beverage and dining menus to confidently make recommendations.

Uphold Standards:

Adhere strictly to all Club policies and F&B standard operating procedures, including responsible alcohol service.

Support Training:

Assist in the training and development of new team members as required.

Qualifications & Attributes:

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bartending experience. Experience within a private club, high-end restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Proven knowledge of beverage preparation, price and portion control, and inventory procedures. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a dynamic environment.

Flexible Schedule Required:

Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs. During the summer months, the Club is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Our busiest operating days are typically Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Bartender Certification and/or Safe Serve/Responsible Vendor certification preferred (Club will assist with training if needed). Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
