Frank Pepe’s, renowned for our legendary New Haven-style pizza, has added an exciting new bar to our Delray Beach location! We’re looking for talented Bartenders to join our dynamic team and be part of this historic addition. We’re seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for hospitality and a knack for crafting exceptional beverages. Serving experienced is also preferred. As a Bartender at Frank Pepe’s, you’ll be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter in our 100-year history, creating memorable experiences for guests in a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve expertly prepared beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, even during busy shifts. Stay knowledgeable about drink recipes, seasonal specials, and food pairings. Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless flow of service. Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender in the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Serving experience preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly compensation is based on base “tip credit” pay plus tips. Why Join Us?
