The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Assist with banquet services when required, ensuring timely and accurate beverage service for events. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume setting is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong understanding of retail math and sales techniques to maximize beverage sales. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of various cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
