This role requires the responsibilities of bartending service ensuring and providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, with experience in bartending. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the bar areas to ensure smooth functioning Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Train new staff on procedures, service protocols, and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management Qualifications Previous experience in a bar or similar environment is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with experience in a bar environment Knowledge of hospitality best practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Experience in bartending is a plus, along with knowledge of beverage preparation techniques. Ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive work environment.
