Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, and knowledgeable Lead Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted drinks, engaging conversation, and seamless service. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology, strong knowledge of wine and sake, and a vibrant personality that makes guests want to stay, interact, and return.

Key Responsibilities:

Create craft cocktails to the highest standard Maintain in-depth knowledge of our wine, sake, and cocktail menus Provide exceptional, engaging, and friendly service to all guests Prepare drinks for both bar guests and restaurant service efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Accurately handle cash and card transactions Monitor and manage inventory levels; assist with ordering as needed Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, coordinated service Participate in special events, private functions, and promotional activities Lead by example and support a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements :

2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant/bar Strong mixology skills and ability to create craft cocktails Comprehensive wine knowledge Sake knowledge or willingness to learn quickly Outstanding guest service and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred, but not required) Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle transactions Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic Apply today to be part of our growing team!
