The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures according to standard operating procedures. Maintain control of the bar area throughout scheduled shifts, including the closing process. Attend responsible vendor training and ensure compliance with all applicable beverage laws. Possess thorough knowledge of product recipes and service procedures, managing stock and requisitions effectively. Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes and guest preferences. Ensure proper maintenance of bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment through regular inspections. Stock all beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks in preparation for service. Uphold health and safety standards and policies at all times. Collaborate closely with servers and other staff to deliver excellent products and services to guests. Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and practices, maintaining standards of excellence in attitude, customer service, and job performance.
