The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes and company guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Handle cash and process payments accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending role within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
