Dishwasher/Barback Crab Shack on the Cottee River, Inc Port Richey, FL 34668 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback/Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. The Dishwasher also play a crucial role making sure dishes are clean and ready to be plated. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Stock and replenish supplies such as beer and ice as needed Ensure that all equipment is clean and functioning properly. Take trash out Break down boxes Wash dishes Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.
