As a Server at Mulligan’s Irish Pub, your responsibilities include: Warmly greeting and seating guests, creating a welcoming environment. Accurately taking and submitting food and drink orders. Ensuring prompt, courteous service throughout the dining experience. Handling payments efficiently and accurately. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials.

Fast Track Opportunity:

Experienced bartenders have the chance to fast-track to bartending positions. We also offer opportunities for pub staff to assist with banquets, events, and the Beverage Cart. Responsibilities for

Servers:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, efficient manner. Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders. Provide timely, attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Process payments via the Aloha POS system.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
