Assistant Manager/Server/Bartender Sekushi Sushi, dumpling& Noodle bar Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant manager, Bartender and server. To join our dynamic team. we thrive to succeed and growing the business every day. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the floor. making sure everyone is doing what they need to do to perform properly. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership skills will maintain high standards of hospitality. The pay is based on performance and experience. We have 2 locations. You will be expected to work at both locations. Responsibilities Make floor plans for the shift, checking reservations and planning the shift out for success. Answer phone calls knowing how to deal with upset guests and fix the sitauation. so they leave happy. having to do invoices and end of day paper work. you will have a small section. you will make tips as well on top of your hourly. manage the floor. make sure everyone is doing what they need to be doing. Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in training new staff members on operations and service standards. Participate in catering events as needed, providing services that aligns with the event’s theme and guest expectations. making sure we go above and beyond for our guests. • Skills Strong knowledge of wine, japanese cuisine, techniques and beverage preparation. Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. strong multi tasking skills. Exceptional hospitality skills, creating a welcoming environment for guests. Strong cash handling abilities with attention to detail in financial transactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Experience in catering services is a plus, enhancing our offerings during special events.
