As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Uphold the establishment’s fine dining standards through attention to detail in presentation and service. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Ability to provide help and support to team members as needed. Experience in fine dining settings is preferred but not required. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is essential. Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Sales skills to promote special drinks or menu items effectively.
