Full Job Description Job Summary:
Wentworth Golf Course is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team! You’ll be providing service to our golfers and guests, whether they’re relaxing at the clubhouse, enjoying the patio, or celebrating a tournament. If you love a beautiful outdoor setting, working with a great team, and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve members and guests with a warm, professional attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area. Handle credit card transactions accurately. Assist with golf tournaments, events, and banquets when needed. Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server and/or bartender is a strong asset. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
