The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with ordering as necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving food items when required. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service standards. Experience Previous experience in a nightclub or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management is beneficial. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining health standards in food service. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively. A background in hospitality or food service will enhance your ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
