As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. 5 + years of Craft Bartending Experience Strong Cocktail Knowledge Experience in high-Volume Environment Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during events or banquets. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus. Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
