This is a key leadership role for someone who understands that wine is not just a drink—it’s a part of the story we tell at every table. We’re offering a competitive salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year , plus performance-based incentives tied to wine sales and guest satisfaction . About the Role As Sommelier, you’ll take full ownership of our curated wine program, with a strong emphasis on Italian varietals and fine pairings that enhance our chef’s cuisine. You will be the go-to expert for guests seeking guidance, and a key trainer and motivator for our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities Curate, maintain, and evolve a wine list that aligns with our fine dining standards and Italian culinary focus Deliver thoughtful wine pairings and a personalized experience for every guest Serve wine tableside with elegance, etiquette, and deep product knowledge Lead staff wine education and provide ongoing training on pairing and sales Host in-house wine tastings and special wine-pairing events Track wine sales performance and drive revenue through effective recommendations Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a sommelier or wine steward in a fine dining environment Strong knowledge of global wines with deep familiarity with Italian wines and regions Certified Sommelier (CMS, WSET, or equivalent) preferred Highly professional appearance and communication style Strong leadership, sales, and training ability Must be 21+ years of age and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
