Hotel Experienced Bartender Cambria Madeira Beach 15015 Madeira Way, Madeira Beach, FL 33708 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques, including brewing and mixology. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Experience in fine dining settings is a plus but not required.
